By purchasing the Eucalyptus Energy Experience ("the Program"), you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Overview

The Eucalyptus Energy Experience is a coaching offering provided by Nisha Kunder Wellness ("NKW," "we," "us"). It includes an energy assessment and a related debrief appointment, as described on the purchase page.

2. Assessment & Debrief Requirement
The assessment must be completed, and the corresponding debrief appointment must be booked and scheduled, within 3 months of the purchase date.
If the assessment is not completed and the debrief is not booked within this 3-month window, the offer will be considered forfeited, and no extension, credit, or refund will be provided for the unused portion.
It is the client's responsibility to schedule the debrief appointment in a timely manner using the booking link/instructions provided after purchase.
3. Payment
Full payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered on the purchase page.
All prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final once the assessment has been assigned.
No refunds will be issued after the 3-month completion window has passed if the client did not use the offer.
5. Not Medical or Psychological Advice

The Eucalyptus Energy Experience is a coaching and personal development offering. It is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, or other licensed professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult an appropriate licensed professional for any medical or mental health concerns.

6. Client Responsibility

Participation in the Program is voluntary. The client is solely responsible for decisions and actions taken during and after the Program. NKW makes no guarantees of specific outcomes or results.

7. Rescheduling

Debrief appointments may be rescheduled up to 3 business days in advance by contacting at wellness@nishakunder.com. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the appointment, subject to the 3-month window above.

8. Confidentiality

Information shared during the assessment and debrief will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is risk of harm to self or others.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, assessments, and content provided as part of the Program are the intellectual property of Nisha Kunder Wellness and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NKW is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

11. Changes to Terms

NKW reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
